We are a Northeastern Ohio non-profit organization under IRC 501(c)(3) since 2010 committed to developing solutions for hunger, housing and employment assistance, entrepreneurship, youth programming, and education. Being a responsive agency that supports the community's needs as required, empowers our organization to be on the ground to develop and implement firsthand solutions where most needed. Our programming supports adults, youth, other agencies, branches of government.

Developing Solutions for the Community - Employment Assistance

Supporting the Community's Needs

Since 2011, 1,850 people have obtained successful employment due to our professionally written resumes, skills matched employment leads, referrals and interview assistance. 2021 - 2022 Quinquag Employment & Training Program: Providing employment assistance, training, and resume development for mature workers in Cuyahoga County. 2024 Spring Job Fair Collaborative with Incorporate Career Employment

Since 2016, we have assisted over 1,400 people with developing and implementing their housing program models that support veterans, assisted living and independent living for seniors, mental health, youth behavioral health, and developmental disabilities. Additionally our housing assistance program has been instrumental in locating repaid rehousing, negotiating lower rental rates for people on limited , and lack of affordable housing for various populations who require supportive housing.
